Terms of Service

My commissions are, by default, for personal use only. You are free to post them publicly so long as I am credited and the watermark is not removed. There are additional fees associated with using my art commercially, please specify if this is something you are interested in.I reserve all rights to my work. I am free to post it on social media (with you tagged if you want!) or to portfolios in the future.I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason if the subject matter makes me uncomfortable or if I feel I cannot skillfully deliver the requested subject matter.I require a reference sheet for all commissions. A simple front and back view of your character is fine!Expect a timeline of about one month for a completed piece. This may vary a bit with demand. You are welcome to ask for updates, though please be patient as I have a full time job.Please be respectful and kind, I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time if a commissioner makes aggressive, inappropriate, or rude comments during the process.Payment is done through PayPal. I will send an invoice to you. 50% of the commission price must be paid before I begin. This is nonrefundable. After the sketch has been completed, I will send it to you for approval. Once it is approved, please pay the remaining 50% of the commission price. After the sketch is approved and the commission is paid in full, the commission is nonrefundable.If there is an emergency or severe reason a commission cannot be completed by me after the sketch has been approved, you will be refunded the second 50%.Upon completion of a piece, I will send it to the commissioner for a final check. You may request 3 complimentary minor changes to the piece. Additional changes will cost an extra fee depending on the detail required.Upon completion of a commission, I will send you an unmarked png of the finished piece, and a watermarked png for use on social media. By default, my pieces are 1000x1000px, but a different resolution may be requested. I do not currently offer backgrounds, but a color or gradient may be requested.
